The religious and administrative authorities are governed by theocratic principles. The Tao does not enjoy politicization since it is austere and prefers to establish its abode in the mountains, instead of courts in palaces.

Like Lao Tse, who renounced the privileges in the emperor’s court to take refuge in the mountains, the master Ha Kelium Zeus and the master Samael Joav went to the mountains and established there the main temple of the Tao: the Great Plant Temple Sakro Akuarius.

The Tao is not power, it is the force that sustains power. The Tao does not do things in favor of personal interests since it lacks self-interest; it is only the constant flow of existence, thus favoring all beings and things in pursuit of their continuity instead of declining for a few. Therefore, the Tao is impartial and just, it encourages the pursuit of balance and harmony to improve existence, contrary to the absolutist rules that man imposes to favor particular interests at the expense of the misfortune of others.

In Taoist communities there are no social classes and capital should preferably fulfill a social function, hence our social-cooperative economic model, if we understand socialism as a doctrine that does not sacrifice the terms of fraternity, unity, cooperation, common-union and brotherhood.

One of the most important temporal objectives of the Taoist philosophy is to establish a scenario of peace, which is inherent to spirituality, for this reason Taoists reprobate violence and do not carry weapons because we know that military victory is an occasion of mourning due to the need to use force against other living beings.

The Tao is not an urban religion and in this it differs from other religions, since its philosophical principles allow us to lead a contemplative life in harmony with nature, and although we are spread in all social classes, we are also organized in communities of planters and peasants throughout the national territory, because we harvest our own food and produce products that we exchange among ourselves and with other communities.

In Colombia, while the generalized violence determines the dispossession of productive lands from peasants, causing displacements to urban areas (more than five million displaced), Taoism insists and encourages to return to the countryside, avoiding risks and intimidations, and even challenging the agroindustrial model with agricultural techniques compatible with nature and that provide sustainability to the ecosystem.

We are ovo lacto vegetarians, adding this to the practice of TROPHOLOGY, which is the science that studies nutrition, compatibilities and genders of the foods we use for our consumption and as preventive medicine.
We practice weightlifting, gymnastics, cycling, dances and martial arts as the main formative sport par excellence; we are multiethnic and multicultural.
